CSH (Customer Service History) is the YES Lift Truck Maintenance Reporting System that is available to customers with Preventative Maintenance contracts. The Reporting System is a on-line based service that gives you more options. This will help you by allowing you to request service for units in off hours, like second and third shifts, without waiting to call us in the morning. This will help us by positively identifying your units that are in need of service.
After clicking the wrench, you will be led to the request form. All information must be filled in to assure we are able to formulate a perfect solution to your issue.
This information can be downloaded to an Excel Spreadsheet, clicking on the Download Icon will bring up the File Download box.
When the file is Downloaded, you can open it in Excel.
